3.8.2Dspin-texture2D自旋结构
Thismodulecanbeutilized用于tovisualize可视化theconstantenergysurfacespintexturesinagivensystem.Thisfeatureisparticularlyusefulinidentifying鉴别RashbaandDresselhaustypespin-splittingeffects,analyzingthetopologyofFermisurface,andexaminingLifshitztransitions,asdemonstratedinRefs.[36–42].Toplot2Dspintexture,werequirea2Dk-gridcenteredacertainspecialk-pointinBrillouinzonenearwhichwewanttoexaminethespin-textureink-space(seeSection3.4regardinggenerationof2Dk-mesh).
该模块可用于可视化给定系统中的某一能量面的自旋纹理。此功能在鉴别Rashba和Dresselhaus型自旋劈裂效应，分析费米面的拓扑结构以及检查Lifshitz跃迁方面特别有用，如参考文献[36–42]中所示。要绘制2D自旋纹理，我们需要在布里渊区以某个特定k点为中心的2Dk网格，在该区域附近我们要检查k空间中的自旋纹理（有关2Dk网格的生成，请参见第3.4节）。
